1. Introduction

Welcome to Rathna Travels. By using our website or booking services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

2. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are confirmed only after successful payment. Once a booking is confirmed, the travel details, including seat number and schedule, cannot be changed without approval from Rathna Travels.

3. Payments

Payments must be made using the available methods on our platform. We do not store or share your complete payment details. Payment confirmation is required to secure your seat.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Once a booking is confirmed, refunds are not applicable. In special cases such as trip cancellations initiated by Rathna Travels, customers will be contacted for alternate arrangements.

5. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate personal and contact details when making bookings. Rathna Travels will not be responsible for any issues caused by incorrect information provided by the user.

6. Travel Rules

Passengers must arrive at the boarding point on time and follow the instructions given by our staff. Rathna Travels reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating safety or conduct rules.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rathna Travels strives to provide a smooth and reliable service. However, we are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by factors beyond our control such as traffic, weather, or third-party issues.

8. Privacy

We value your privacy. Any personal information collected during booking will be used only for providing our services and improving customer experience. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.

10. Updates to Terms

Rathna Travels reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

4. Re-schedule a Booking

Once a booking is confirmed, if you wish to re-schedule your trip, please contact us via phone call or WhatsApp at +94 721 007 476 during our working hours (8:00 AM – 10:00 PM). Requests for re-scheduling must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled bus departure time and are subject to seat availability on the requested date. Requests made outside the specified time or working hours may not be accommodated, and in such cases the passenger will be responsible for any consequences.
